Sampling:

For all cases, it is reasonable and acceptable that we proceed with samples approved first and foremost.
While, please acquaint with the exporting policy of our company, which says, before 1st (trial order) is finally confirmed or placed, if the customer requires any samples of the kinds of paper board within our supplying list, he is supposed to bear the courier charge, however, from the second time, we would offer A4 sized samples for free. We are obliged to clarify this issue with all customers, in case any misunderstanding would occur while the business is proceeded or under negotiation.
