2. What can I do, if you don't produce the paperboard I'm looking for?

Of course, our designer team is happy to help, you need to submit your customer’s needs, including the product name, size, market positioning, use objects and other information. According to your customer’s needs, we recommend suitable cardboard to you, and we can also provide you with proofing services.
4. Do you provide free samples?
We provide free A4 samples, but you need to bear the cost of express delivery.
Of course, if you need a pallet of cardboard samples or a roll of cardboard samples, then you need to pay, and the logistics fee will be very expensive.
5. What are your transaction terms and payment methods?
(1)We generally recommend that our clients trade through FOB, CFR, and CIF.
(2)We generally only accept T/T payment. For some special countries, we also accept L/C at sight.
6. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is one 20′ GP.
7. How long is your delivery time?
Delivery is normal within 10 working days. If the order volume is huge, we will generally distribute the goods in batches, or ship them all at once within a month.
8. What can we do, if the paperboard has quality problems?
We will ask you to mail the printed product to us, and we will analyze whether it is our cardboard, whether it is an accident caused by the quality of the cardboard or an accident caused by the printing process. If the accident is caused by the quality of the cardboard, we will compensate for the direct loss incurred by the customer.
9. Is it possible for us to represent your cardboard product?
Welcome to represent our products. After a period of cooperation, we will consider authorizing you to represent our products, and we have certain requirements on the sales volume of our agents each year. If our requirements are not met, we will cancel your Agency qualifications.
